The RI Burn Foundation is a Non Profit 501(C)(3) Charity, Governed by a Board of Directors who's mission is to provide help and support services to burn survivors and families, firefighters, and members of the medical community affected by burn related injuries and traumas.

RIBF was inspired by burn survivors as a result of the Station Nightclub Fire in 2003 by Dr. David T. Harrington, MD, FACS.

Dr. Harrington is the President of the RI Burn Foundation and the current Medical Director of the  Burn Center at Rhode Island Hospital. Dr. Harrington and his staff have continued to treat the survivors of the deadly fire, their families and the community.

Recovering from a burn injury is a lifelong journey and we are prepared to help.
